Cancellation Policy:

Your sessions is reserved especially for you. We require 24 hours notice via telephone or text 604 316 7667

Your appointment time is reserved just for you!
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client.

Therefore, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Any established patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted (call or text) our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $ 50.00 fee.
